As an Intern at Bausch + Lomb, I have had the opportunity to work within their dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to their vast global infrastructure:Nutanix Environment: Extensive engagement with Nutanix's hyper-converged infrastructure, working with hypervisors such as ESXi and Acropolis (AHV) to ensure efficient and effective server clustering and virtualization.Tanium Environment: Engaging with the Tanium platform to understand the "Linear Chain" model and enhancing endpoint management and security.Virtualization V2V and P2V Migration: Implemented and managed virtual machines (VMs) on Hyper-V and vCenter, including performing V2V (Virtual-to-Virtual) and P2V (Physical to Virtual) migrations to different virtualization platforms. Tasks included cloning VMs, configuring proper allocation of resources, and ensuring seamless post-migration processes.Network Configuration: Configured static IP addresses and network settings for Red Hat Linux VMs, ensuring they were networked and configured for external communication.Cisco UCS Servers: Configured and managed Cisco UCS servers that hosted the VMs and hypervisors.Professional Development: Gained hands-on experience with industry-leading technologies and tools, as well as attended training sessions + workshops, staying current with the latest trends and advancements as they related to Bausch and Lomb.

• Responsible for managing “Front of House” operations, including all transactions and customer engagement• Completed implementation and activation of all IT connectivity and applications. Including: - Networking of device connectivity with multiple routers and signal extenders- Implementing applications and establishing an online ordering website- Installation, testing and training on new POS system including setting parameters,establishing ordering processes, and developing an inventory system.- Managed third party vendors in integration efforts for “greenfield” project
