As a user for the last 10 years, I am 100% proficient, but that's not enough; I'm always learning new and innovative tips to keep my skills sharp.- I'm fluent in everything Google–especially Google Calendar–and have been assisting in the booking of photoshoots, meetings and MatterPort tours, sending out client emails and interacting with potential clients since my second day on the job. - Teamwork is my middle name. I love people and enjoy interacting with a quick-thinking, out of the box team, filled with individuals that bring something new and unique to the table :)

At Norsoft, I wore many different hats. I primarily worked as a Front End Developer. I thoroughly enjoy working with HTML, CSS, and java. I've worked with HTML since my AIM messenger days (circa 2006) where I created profiles that matched my friends personalities, so I find that I have the most love for that. A combination of the 3 codes to create designs are like fun little puzzles for me to figure out.The secondary tasks I had included updating client information and social media accounts regularly. I worked through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to schedule out each clients bi-weekly posts. I did this through a program called Hootsuite.Lastly, I was an administrative assistant to our Human Resources. I can handle QuickBooks, Excell, and basically all Microsoft product better than most people. I guess you could say I really *Excel* at those programs. ;)In summary, it was this job that made me a dedicated, high caliber professional that I am today. I have an eagerness to learn everything there is to know about technology, coding, and design. Which in our day and age - there's always something new to learn. My coworkers might describe me as smart and energetic, with a positive attitude. As I would describe them as some of the most amazing human beings I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

One of the greatest companies to work for is Verizon Wireless. I say this without any hesitation. I don't know a single company poured into each employee as much as this employer.I went through a 3 month training program teaching best practices to talk on the phone. There are so many different types of people in the world and they taught us how to best communicate with each one as efficiently and cohesively has possible. Typically the key is validation and taking action., but most of the time people just want to know that you care about them and their issues. I have an empathetic heart, so it was a very good job for me.Working in this industry I learned so much about each different type of phone. For example, how they worked, what makes them different, quirks of the brands, and what apps won't work on certain phones, etc. HIGHLIGHTS:- Hands on experience with all brands of phones (apple and android)- First-rate customer service skills (verbal and written)- Top-of-the-line trouble-shooting abilities- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities- Sales representative, I could always find something that Verizon sold that would make could make the customers life easier.I ended up leaving this job due to health concerns. It was a valuable experience that taught me how to communicate clearly and multi-task like a champ.
