- Overlooking sales operation and advising on targeted market achievements- Performance Management: Develop personnel by assessing performance, counseling and training to support continuous improvement- Works with Sales team to create and maintain a culture focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of the team -Develop the management and warehouse personnel by assessing performance, counseling, and training to support Continuous Improvement- Develop action plans to improve sales effectiveness of Dealers performing below expected market levels- Develop predictive indicators based on historical performance to be continuously refined and improved- Assist executive management in developing and maintaining sales reporting and analytics requests- Work directly with Senior Management and providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results

- recording and sorting incoming and outgoing invoices- recording and preparation documents for material export- managing and coordinating with other sectors inside the company (Bookkeeping sector, Productionsector, procurement)- Managing social media platforms and interacting with potential clients- sending orders to supplier and managing delivery (export & import)- Schedule meetings and appointments- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary- Organize office operations and procedures- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease- Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting- Provide general support to visitors- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware andtravel arrangements)- Keep in regular contact with service vendors such as caterers, cleaners and security- preparing weekly and monthly reports, attending and analyzing with leadership team
