Direct development activities among team of Electrical, Mechanical, and Optical Engineers in order to develop a better, more cost-efficient Laser Scanning Unit (Printhead). Responsibilities range from spec writing, budget and schedule co-ordination, to elec./mech./optical engineering and testing involving Class 3b lasers, Often involves travel to China to oversee manufacturing line development and engineering builds.

Responsible for all electronic development and EMC testing on three All-In-One Inkjet Products.

Developed and incorporated Analog ASICs into the business. Support/develop successful and innovative handheld inkjet program.
