Solution Design & Documentation• Work with product development, partners and 3rd parties to design and integrate solutions.• Conduct product training with solution partners and provide technical assistance for 3rd party product development.• Provide pre-/post- technical documentation to clients and other stakeholders.Production / Product Development Liaison• Act as liaison between the Sales Team and software production / product development.• Ensure sales team is selecting deliverable products for each roll-out.• Present end-user experiences to product/software development teams.Post Sale Support• Provide post-sale support as needed to ensure roll-out success.• Train client-side technical team on solution best practices.• Act as customer service escalation point for difficult issues.• Train channel partners and provide appropriate support.Support of Trade Shows and Corporate Events• Provide demonstrations, product information and training.• Technical presentations, case studies, etc.• Support partner trade shows as needed.
