• Design and Implementation of configuration changes for New & Ongoing Projects (internal system upgrades)• Identifying and Resolving security risks to company infrastructure and responding to urgent incidents like DDOS attacks• Configuration/upgrades of Checkpoint, Juniper firewalls and Netscaler appliances.• Working with Cisco routers and Switches • Covering Tier-3 On-call roster for any high severity incidents and Project/Planned work.• Onsite hardware support for any system failures like PSU, RAM, interface card replacements and rack relocations.• Working closely with internal Wintel, Unix, Database teams in incident troubleshooting and resolution and project change implementation • Training and mentoring of Tier-2 Operation teams• Engaging with external 3rd Party teams required for coordinated changes• (IPSEC VPN configuration and troubleshooting)

• Handling of all operations related incidents• Working with Network and Firewall devices such as Cisco, Checkpoint, Juniper• Working closely with TSOC Tier-3 and Network Security teams, assisting them with various tasks such as policy push, testing of change outcome, performing suggested change, and accordingly escalating out of L2 scope issues.• Implementing Category-3 (high risk) firewall changes• Implementing BAU tasks and service requests• Voluntarily taking parts in various internal and external changes to gain more knowledge and experience on Unix and Windows server environments, applications, and services• Training and mentoring of new team members• Implementing and being SME of new services • Monitoring SMARTS, Statseeker, NNM, TSOM to ensure that the issues around our environments are dealt with in a timely manner• Covering 27x7 roster
