As part of my role, I manage the planning, delivery, quality, and timely execution of programs that support Google Play's commitment to building a more inclusive gaming and app ecosystem for underrepresented developers. To achieve this goal, I have partnered with over 20 global gaming and app nonprofit organizations to define services and deliverables. Additionally, I work with the XfN team to execute various initiatives that support the growth and success of underrepresented game and app developers worldwide.

I have led and managed multiple discovery and creative development initiatives to create brand, campaign, and marketing strategies that specifically focus on health and race equity. My work has involved collaborating with clients across various industries to design impactful strategies that resonate with their target audience and achieve their business goals.

With the Corporate Affairs/Corporate Responsibility team, my role was focused on full-cycle project management of corporate social responsibility and coordination across Cisco stakeholders and relevant teams focusing on homeless prevention efforts. I managed and implemented IT infrastructure updates with two non-profit pilot sites to increase services for the homeless population in partnership with contractors. I also spearheaded in the launch of the homeless to job pathways by exploring opportunities with internal ERG groups.

Metabiota is committed to building the world’s resilience to infectious diseases through innovative and collaborative approaches to public health, research, training, and threat reduction. Key Accomplishments:Program managed $5M+ program activities in 7 African countries consisting of more than 10 distinct milestones in partnership with the Department of Defense, CDC, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency in providing Technical Assistance (TA) or Direct Service Delivery (DSD) to optimize HIV/AIDS prevention activities in military health facilities. Provided administrative and technical support to in-country team, which includes program management, oversight of progress and deliverables retained in support of program objectives, and coordination of logistics efforts. In addition, facilitated information flow to ensure up-to-date program information and strong team communication between the in-country team that's in the field site and funder. Developed budgets and proposals with internal and executive team for business development opportunities that secured funding in the range of $350-$1.2M annually.

Oakland Unite's programs target our highest risk community members and neighborhoods, with a particular focus on interrupting violence now as it is occurring and preventing future violence. Funded primarily by tax-payer dollars through the Oakland Public Safety and Services Violence Prevention Act (Measure Z), it promotes community development and cultivates a strong relationship between the City of Oakland and 25 non-profits. I was responsible for aligning grant agreements with grantor and city standards as well as negotiated with non-profit agencies for the development of accurate financial and technical reports.Key accomplishments:Researched prevention best practices that resulted in the implementation of 2 new funding streams: gender-based violence & trauma-informed practices that increased participation of at-risk women, youth & families by 50%Organized capacity building and professional development training for over 200+ service providers based on needSupervised two interns per year that support Oakland Unite staff with different tasks and research projects. This included developing a work plan for each intern, which included staff’s requests and needed support for special projects.

Pacific Foundation Services, LLC (PFS) has worked with private foundations to plan, execute, and oversee their philanthropic giving. Through our innovative approach, PFS partners with clients to develop a program that is specifically tailored to meet each foundation’s immediate needs and help achieve its long term goals.Key Accomplishments:Bridged communication gap between program officers and local non-profits during the management of $40M grants annually.Delivered impeccable administrative and program support for 10 different giving areas that resulted in the mobilization of five family foundations. Ensured two opportunities annually for employees to volunteer in non-profits activities.
