Responsible to conduct training session for cabin crew on service-oriented skills such as Customer Service, Service Recovery techniques, Professional Communication skills , Professional etiquette and Conflict resolution. Develop training materials, including manuals, PPT, Memos and make necessary adjustment to improve training outcomes. Offer constructive feedback to individuals or groups on their service skills, Grooming practices and overall performance to maintain company image and stander.Responsible to establish and maintain professional credibility using excellent verbal communication, training presentation, and facilitation skills for Cabin crew & Ground Support.Accountable for the Service training, Weight Monitoring (BMI) Grooming , Deportments and Effective Communication Skills for all the Cabin Crew during training and day-to-day operations.
