- Responsible for setting up and Managing SMEs MIS team from scratch.- Responsible for Creating SMEs Budget and Examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints and inform top management of potential problem areas and how to solve.- Develop a Vision and Plan to Change the incentive system to match the new strategy of the organization.- Working on portfolio management in order to Monitor and Evaluate SME`s Portfolio effectively, extracting all re-ports with different parameter to Identify Our SME Portfolio from Different Scope.- Develop and implement Performance Appraisal objectives reports.- Measuring the size of the financial growth in the credit portfolio and the consistency with the strategic plan and the annual budget.- Designing effective tools to monitor the development of the portfolio in order to facilitate the monitoring and follow-up of the credit portfolio in the business centers / branches- The preparation of analytical tools for the staff of the business centers / branches reflects the selling opportunities to increase the growth of the credit portfolio effectively.- Coordinating with the internal authorities to ensure the completion of data of the portfolio of SME`s, and verification of the data and Measuring customer base volume growth.- Follow Portfolio arrears and coordinate with Relationship Manager to urge customers to pay.- Preparing daily, weekly, Monthly and annual Reports for SME`s Credit Department necessary to reflect the performance of the portfolio and its development according the strategy established to match the top management view.

- Responsible for setting up and Managing SMEs Coordinator`s Team from scratch.- Designing effective tools to monitor the current positon per each case in study process in order to facilitate the monitoring and follow-up of the credit analysts / branches to finalize the cases to be activated.- Receiving and reviewing the new files presented to the Department from the branches and distributing them among the Credit analyst in coordination with the General manager based on the branches managed by analysts.- Reviewing and understanding the nature of each client Industry and determine the possibility of Credit Grantee Fa-cilities or not According to the Industries targeted at the moment, responded to branch files customers not target Industries.- Initial Analysis of the financial statements of the customer for the last three years to determine the classification of the companies (very small - small - Medium) based on the size of revenues or sales presented in the income statements provided.- Coordination between the main department (corporate credit department) and the branches in completing all the required documents from the customer to complete the credit study process.- Follow Portfolio arrears and coordinate with Relationship Manager to urge customers to pay.- Preparing daily, weekly, Monthly and annual Reports for SME`s- Follow-up of files to be renewed and work on completing all required documents until renewal

 Credit Cards, Personal Loans & SME`s Back Office Manager- Responsible for setting up and Managing Credit Cards Back office team from scratch.- Modifying the cycle of the file between the departments in order to reduce the time taken to activate the credit card.- Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports Helps in Monitoring Sales Performance.- Dealing with external inquiry companies in order to improve the service provided to the bank's customers and to prevent any excesses from those companies.- Provide support to the top management of the organization in performing their key responsibilities.- Organizing work between the staff of the back office and distribute tasks according to work need and the capabilities of persons.- Handle customer’s complaints.- Identifying, preventing, and resolving day-to-day issues.- Provide documentation and technical support that simplify the work of those employees handling the front office.- Creating Excel file specifically to replace the system used by the bank due to frequent faults to facilitate the work procedures.- Providing coaching, training and leadership to the client service team in order to facilitate the work procedures and maintain the quality of the credit portfolio.

- Preparing I-Scores on daily basis for new clients and calculating each client’s total obligations to the stated income level (calculating the DBR).- Coordinating with the credit dep. To ensure the issuance of loan approvals.- Following up with the central operations department. And taking the necessary actions to guarantee the booking of the loans- Preparing (daily / weekly / monthly / annual) reports that measures the department’s performance.- Coordinating between all bank’s departments.
