• Independently provided comprehensive and problem-focused exams to over 450 geriatric patients with conditions including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, vascular retinopathy, glaucoma, optic neuritis, autoimmune disease, cataracts, conjunctivitis and ocular surface disease.• Assessed progression of ocular disease with OCT, OCT-A, EDI, Visual Field, fundus photos and IOL master.• Collaborated with cardiology, rheumatology and other specialists to offer comprehensive and individualized care to each patient.

• Diagnosed the etiology of and treated severe dry eye disease with technology such as Lipiflow, meibography, in-office demodex treatment,and punctal occlusion.• Collaborated with oculoplastics, pediatric/strabismus and cataract surgeons in the management of patients.• Evaluated and managed binocular and refractive disorders in a pediatric population, including children with special needs (e.g., autism, Down syndrome), and tailored vision therapy sessions to each individual.• Provided care for over 240 patients in myopia management, pediatrics, vision therapy, glaucoma, primary care, anterior segment and specialty contact lens clinics.

• Delivered care to over 800 patients with DM and HTN retinopathy, AMD, cataract, uveitis, corneal foreign body and ocular surface disease in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary group practice environment.• Co-managed over 150 patients with retinal and corneal OMDs in cataract, LASIK and RD repair pre- and post-ops, and assisted in procedures such as grid laser, PRP, chalazion removal, YAG and anti-VEGF injections.• Utilized the OCT, Visual Field, b-scan, corneal topographer, IOL master, fundus photographer and fluorescein angiography to derive the best treatment and management plan for each of my patients.

• Completed over 250 specialty contact lens fits for a patient population heavy in advanced anterior segment disease such as keratoconus, corneal transplants and ocular surface disease.• Fit GPs, hybrids, sclerals, ortho-K, piggyback lenses and prosthetics. • Treated pediatrics with progressive myopia via myopia management methods such as ortho-K, low-dose atropine, and multifocal soft contacts lenses.• Collaborated with Dr. David Libassi in a Grand Rounds presentation discussing Contact Lens Fitting Options for Degenerative Myopes.
