The Organic Pharmacy was one of the internet’s largest e-commerce retailers of vitamins, supplements, health, and wellness products. I designed many of the major operational systems of the company, including orders, fulfillment, warehousing, and shipping. I developed a product data management system which allowed all SKU data to be persisted across multiple online retail platforms including Amazon and eBay. I managed the relationship with our third-party development team including defining features and performing QA.
