Currently trained in OSHA regulations. I currently develop and implement all training including haz com, LOTO, Fall Protection, PPE, emergency response for employees on safety procedures,conduct monthly meetings and write new policies when procedures need to updated. All practices and tasks remain under OSHA guidelines. I perform daily, weekly and monthly mock OSHA inspections of the facility, its rolling stock and processing equipment for OSHA violations and I arrange to work closely with a team to correct and violations. Including monthly position specific training Audits to ensure any/all employees are current with OSHA required training. All duties include the oversight of rolling stock equipment, coordinating the safety committee meetings, monthly safety meetings for the facility. While incorporating Occupational safety: monitoring injuries and overseeing any workman comp claims. Implementing safety incentive programs to ensure high retention of safety.Accomplishments- Rehabbing a facility from a low yearly audit score of a 78 to a 98 in just under 1 year, receiving the request to join our Company's national Safety Steering Committee, Moving into a position to train employees, do facility audits and reviews at several of our locations.

Controlling all New Hires, Benefit Enrollments and training along with managing all daily office procedures.Routine included daily reporting to corporate office processing all POs, validating invoices and monthly tonage reports to townships.After several years of working with Regional Safety Manager I was moved into a newly created position of Safey Manger.Duties include: inspecting facility for an Hazards, guarding on machinery, re-writting safety polices and procedures and training all employess on same.
