Problems and challenges, for the most part, are interesting puzzles to solve. On this premise, we founded Falling Colors with the aim of tackling over-burdened systems. How can we make lives better? How can we make a positive contribution to the planet and to the people who live on it? Can our impact go beyond solving the presented problem? When taking on new projects, the answers to these questions must align with our beliefs, philosophies, and goals about making this world a better place in which to live.Problems and challenges come from many and varied places. We are involved in rethinking the behavioral healthcare system experience for providers in an effort to improve the experience of their clients; we are looking for ways to connect people with the open space around them and get them involved in protecting it for generations to come; and we are investing in women owned small business and helping them to have a more prominent voice in their communities.It is important for us to lead by example. We staff our team with people driven by having meaning in their work. We respect our staff, honor the need for a balanced life, reward commitment and hard work, and always give credit for ideas, approaches, and solutions brought forward by any one of our team.
