• Work closely with client services, sales and production staff to understand client specifications and assist in evaluating / creating effective processes for the hand-off of files and engineer new standardized workflows if needed• Constantly identify, evaluate and test various industry CAT tools as well as project management applications, integration of tools and software applications that will increase productivity and quality of the translation projects we handle• Support and migration, if necessary, of processes from old proprietary systems to new systems• Development of end-to-end terminology management solutions that support content creation, translation, and QA processes. Work with pre- and post-production teams to ensure most efficient processes and tools are used• Focus in integration of many different tool sets as appropriate• Technical training of staff and suppliers where needed• Attend industry specific events that support learning about new standards and tools• Ensure process documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately• Regularly review with Office Manager key process indicators to evaluate effectiveness of activities• Ensure ISO process documents are up-to-date: ISO 9001, EN13485, EN17100.

Assign projects to linguists, using client specifications. Perform QA checks on returned documents, ensuring specifications are met.
