* Assist to optimize boutique retail SOP, manage queries raised from Boutique staffs during daily operation.* Draft and update Boutique Operation Manual and new policy announcement.* Perform training to BTQ Staffs (e.g. newsletter, new-opening Boutiques)* Perform onsite boutique operation audit, provide onsite guidance, follow up on the audit findings and provide solutions and recommendations to ensure Boutique operations follow the Operation Manual requirements.* In charge of monthly sales check of abnormal sales transaction. * Support to product labeling check and PO request.* Support to whistle blowing cases.

* In charge of retail and wholesale daily sales report.* Prepare monthly sales performance comments according to sales channel.* In charge of monthly company sales dashboard.* Monitor and analysis new-opening Boutique’s KPI performance.* Maintain competitors’ network distribution data base and China landlord bible.* Support to business analysis including market research, competitor performance etc.* Assist to department head (e.g. market visit deck, commendation and transportation).

• Maintain competitor sales by boutique network reports monthly.• Place daily e-commerce sales order of each sales channel and transfer inventory in SAP.
