As a yoga teacher my purpose to to share not only the traditional teachings of yoga but my own personal experience as a yoga teacher and student. I am starting my next level of Anusara Yoga teacher training with Todd Norian in the Bershire Mountains starting November 2008 until May 2009. Anusara training is some of the most intense trainings for yoga teachers and I am not only dedicated to myself as a student but also to my teachers and the founder John Friend.Specialties: Personal attention and adjustments to students during class, working at Quinton-Warner House - Men's Mission as the yoga instructor for the rehab program, Ayurveda educator with some professional trainings and hours of self-study and practice.
