I am a global leader in talent/human resources. Over the course of my career, I have provided direction for talent acquisition; talent management; and talent development in a variety of industries. I have strengthened and revitalized frameworks of talent acquisition to attract and keep the right talent in the house. In talent management I have developed solutions to improve communications, knowledge-sharing, and productivity resulting in increased engagement. Through coaching and providing guidance to all levels from the C-Suite to the entry-level employee I have maximized individual and team potential raising the level of performance. I thrive in a fast-paced environment where I can truly make an impact and I do so by being highly self-motivated but also by being down to earth, calm and always maintaining a sense of humor. I am able to flex easily between a highly strategic role and one that needs to be hands on and tactical. I understand the needs and realities of our business and the resulting challenges of improving the effectiveness of the HR function. I truly believe that an engaged and diverse talent base will exponentially drive business results.
