I have strengthened and revitalized frameworks of talent acquisition to attract and keep the right talent in the house. In talent management I have developed solutions to improve communications, knowledge-sharing, and productivity resulting in increased engagement. I thrive in a fast-paced environment where I can truly make an impact and I do so by being highly self-motivated but also by being down to earth, calm and always maintaining a sense of humor.
