I oversee a team of 4 fundraising professionals that I have sourced, hired and trained on a Development team responsible for raising $18M of a $30M annual budget. I over see mid-level and major gifts as well as our legacy giving society. I have created and implemented communications strategies for appropriate segmentation as well as have cultivated deeper relationships with our organization resulting in stronger financial support. I have created a new event targeting micro communities solidifying their relationship with our and creating a more intimate environment for donors to talk to our leadership about our work and have a deeper understanding of how their support has an impact.

GCC is a wildlife conservation and education organization. We connect the community in South Africa and across the globe with the importance of wildlife conservation and have created a career track through our Future Rangers Program leading to being a Ranger in and near Kruger National Park. We host events across the globe in our US bases, Atlanta, Denver and San Francisco, in our home base of South Africa and soon in Europe. As someone who is incredibly passionate about wildlife conservation and education, I am honored to be continuing the charge and leading the evolution of our Development Department.

As the Individual Philanthropy Coordinator, it is my responsibility to cultivate and engage our donor base and communicate updates to the critical work of Denver Zoo furthering conservation, education and animal care efforts.I work with a portfolio of donors who support our Zoo to engage them in their interests, update them on how their gifts are impacting our work at Denver Zoo and host them for special events. I specialize in relationship management and written communication to build a strong bridge between our donors and connect them to the impact Denver Zoo is having around the world because of their support. I also manage our Zoo Pride program, which is our Annual Leadership Giving Society. I coordinate communication among the 200 plus donors regarding their renewal cycle, leading them on Behind the Scenes Tours, and hosting exclusive events throughout the year for this community. It is my responsibility to communicate with, engage, cultivate and ask of our donors to continue supporting our work. The biggest joy to me is showing them what their gifts are building. From education programs, conservation efforts across the globe and in our back yard, to the highest level of animal care, I get to show our donors up close how their gifts are being utilized not only here at Denver Zoo, but throughout several countries through our education and conservation programs.We rely on our donors and it is important that they see their gifts at work. It is my privilege to show them what they have helped us build and that they are actively supporting Denver Zoo's mission of securing a better world for animals through human understanding.

As an Implementation Analyst, it is my responsibility to coordinate relationships between multiple partners during the course of implementing corporate 401(k)'s. I work on a multi dimensional database to create the foundation of corporate 401(k)'s and am responsible for maintaining the trust and confidence of financial advisors as I work with their clients to bulid their plan. This position combines strengths of communication and client presentations as well as being well organized and effectively multi tasking.

Manage client liquid assets ranging from $250,000 to $5,000,000. Identify appropriate financial recommendations in regards to investing, home and business lending, business planning and personal asset management. Responsibilities include daily client presentations, team integration to acquire outside balances, manage client relationship in its entirety, quarterly communication, problem solving, actively manage a book of over 450 clients.
