 Plans, directs, and coordinate activities of designated installation & implementation projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Identifies and delineates project scope and objectives while managing expectations.  Resolves conflicts within the project team and conflicts with the customer in a highly professional and effective manner.  Builds and effectively communicates professional project plans that are utilized in customer implementations. Responsible for project plan alterations/revisions as project evolves. Conducts pre-implementation meetings and implementation meetings. Directs and coordinates activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Champions the program/project through the business processes such that the project/product teams as well as local US management is always well informed and the necessary support from the global and local organization is maintained. Responsible for the management of the processes and cross divisional personnel necessary to effectively implement client products and services within a Customer facility.

 Contact medical facilities to schedule on-site support for various point-of-care products made by Roche Diagnostics Provide support in Accu-Chek Inform II Blood Glucose and CoaguChek installations, along with any on-site upgrades for the instruments Direct a team of seven on-site support technicians within a 16-state radius Coordinate with hospital point-of-care coordinators as well as Roche Diagnostic account executives and project coordinators Preside over Internet training sessions to all on-site support technicians across the United States on different methods of on-site support techniques Facilitate web-based training sessions for all on-site support technicians nationwide, covering remote upgrading of systems using remote support software such as Bomgar and application level internet protocols such as Telnet and FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

 Serve as contractor providing on-site technical support and in-servicing for the Roche Diagnostics Accu-Chek Inform II Blood Glucose Meters for point-of-care blood glucose testing Handle the installation of Accu-Chek Inform II glucometers, ensuring proper communication with hospital data management systems Ensure proper coordination with hospital IT departments, hospital lab point-of-care coordinators, Roche account managers, and technical support teams from Roche and Alere Informatics Facilitate in-service trainings to nurses and other medical staff on proper procedure and knowledge of Accu-Chek Inform II glucometers
