Client Services Manager
CurrentThe mission of a Client Services Manager is to work with our private equity clients to ensure project success, connecting them with highly qualified individuals to help them in their market research and decision making processes. The Client Services Manager represents Apex Leaders to our clients on projects, works to understand their needs, thinks strategically to ensure success, speaks with industry leaders and experts to ensure fit, and facilitates an introduction. I am responsible for the health of our client relationships, project management, execution for client-facing engagements, and overall client satisfaction. The Client Service Manager reports to the Director and regularly communicates and works closely with other account team members. In a research capacity I am responsible for providing qualitative and primary research, as well as identifying and sourcing industry expertise for due diligence, sector thesis, board of directorships, and operational assistance for our clients’ portfolio companies.
