As the administrative assistant, I am building relationships with children ages 5 - 18 year old. Assisting families through creating accounts and enrollment in programs offered at the North Seattle site. Managing attendance reports, program outcomes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Reporting data needed to support grant funding and scholarship.

As the office assistance in the Disabilities office I have processed 100+ new student forms, compiled student files, and worked closely with students with disabilities. Assisted in creating a data tracking system while setting appointments to meet with counselor. Using my counseling skills and crisis management skills to help troubleshoot for student.

As The Document Management Lead I created and implemented all policies and procedures for Document retention and tracking of over 950+ archive boxes. Created all forms, Logs, spreadsheets and archive categories. Responsible for assisting the Back Office Management team in managing the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving of the document.

All front desk reception duties, Answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, greeting all potential temporary employees, reviewing applications, entering all information into our data system, QC of all time cards, processing all incoming and outgoing mail. Preparing all paychecks and direct deposit receipts for pickup or mail out, filing of all.
