Day-to-day prioritization and management of advertising operations and client engagement for:o Oversee customer orders to ensure:o Proper order processing within DMDS Systemo Customer/Destination issues are addressed properly and as quickly as possible• Handle all platform and technical escalation of issues and client requestso Document customer needs and requirements as they arise• Participate in sales requests including:o Pre-sales demos and proposal documentationo Program management for onboarding and client configurationo Ongoing training for YANGAROO platform for clients and staffo Ensure proper communication with assigned Sales Rep regarding the customero Hold regular, as agreed upon with Sales Rep, communication with the customero Ensure your assigned customers’ needs are properly documented, if required, that system adjustments needed to meet customer needs are documented and supplied to development for consideration• Ensure that all internal processes are documented and updated as required using internal wiki• Ensure that all new hires are trained on Yangaroo operations methods and processes, including ensuring that the users are able to access all relevant wiki and repo areas as needed• Utilize, train, and ensure best practices of all Ad Operations Staff, in the use of our customer service platform• Document ongoing efforts and client status in company CRM tool (currently Pipedrive)• Create product release notes in conjunction with our Development and QA team as required• Scheduling of Advertising Operations Staff• Other duties as assigned
