Mitch Harris is a Partner in PwC's Los Angeles Health Industries Risk Consulting Practice and serves as a leader in the national Health Care Risk and Regulatory and Government Programs practices. Mitch has extensive experience with Medicare (Part C and D), Medicaid, Medicare-Medicaid Program ("Duals") and Commercial products for numerous national and regional health plans, healthcare providers, biotech and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) companies. He primarily assists his clients with Integrated Operation Regulatory Performance, Executive and Operational Compliance performance Busines intelligence and analytics, revenue enhancement, operational performance improvement, and vendor assessment and delegation oversight. Mitch has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining PwC in 2004, Mitch served in management roles in finance, network management, provider contracting, sales and marketing for a large Los Angeles ACO, a national health plan and regional health plans.He holds an Executive Masters in Business Management from Claremont Graduate University's Drucker School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California.
