I'm in the process of shifting career paths, for the last 8 or so years I have been working on the computer side of the CNC Machining field within the Tool & Die Industry but am looking to make the shift into the IT world.I'm currently working towards my A+ Certification with plans to get a Networking and security certification afterwards.I've been using computers as a hobby for close to 25 years now and have a good understanding of operating systems spanning from Windows XP, 7, Vista, as well as Windows 8 and 10.I have frontline experience having to do my own personal troubleshooting and help troubleshoot problems for others for more than 10 years from simple updates, all the way to full reformatting.
