At Starbucks, I am a Barista Trainer/Barista. I train the new hires on our beverages and our customer service goals in our store. The training consists beverage completion, food preparation, support tasks and customer service needs. Another aspect of my position is that I also make and distribute the beverages and food to the customers, as well as help customers with any problems that arise with their orders.
