I currently specialize in the South Florida (Sun-Sentinel) area and focus on helping clients recruit top talent through various forms of media advertising. Role:-Work with clients ranging from small to large businesses to develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies best suited to meet their specific needs.-Identifying, organizing, and prioritizing new leads through the use of sales tools such as, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Wanted Analytics.-Offering clients multi-media recruitment solutions to successfully fill open positions with top quality candidates through print, digital, and online campaigns.-Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting website issues, researching/resolving problems, answering questions and imparting market knowledge for my client base.
