Latitude is a leading consumer finance company operating in Australia and New Zealand. I am primarily responsible for developing, supporting and analysing the strategic business processes and decisions. This includes;- Managing the consolidation of the overall business financials to provide detailed reporting on the business performance and forecasts to the Executive Leadership Team and broader business.- Preparation and oversight of monthly Board papers.- Leading the companies annual business planI have also been responsible for setting up Latitude's stand-alone financial reporting for management and Board after separating from GE. This has included transitioning ERP from Oracle to Workday.

Key responsibilities included:- Supporting sale of the Consumer business from GE, which included the preparation of the Information Memorandum, Vendor Due Diligence report and Q&A process.- Consolidation of financial results and forecasts for the Australian Consumer Finance segment of GE Capital.- Credit Card finance business partner. Including financial reporting, forecasting and modelling with commercial focus including managing external relationships with white label credit card.

In this 15 month secondment my key responsibilities included:- Month end reporting and forecasting for Sales Finance products in New Zealand.- Financial modelling and providing recommendations for BD opportunities.- Supporting launch of new white label credit card.I was also the deputy leader for GE Volunteers NZ, which lead the companies support to key charity partners through regular events.

GE's Financial Management Program (FMP) is an intensive two-year program combining challenging 6-month cross-business rotations, coursework and leadership courses. Over the two years my rotations included:- GE Corporate - Controllership (Melbourne, Australia)- GE Capital A&NZ - Pricing (Melbourne, Australia)- GE Treasury - Transfer Pricing (Stamford CT, USA)- GE Energy Management - Commercial Finance & Risk (Melbourne, Australia)I concluded the program with a one month internal audit assignment at GE's Healthcare business in Beijing, China.

Supported the Australia and New Zealand 5-year strategic plan by performing a financial institution market scan to identify growth opportunities.
