I have received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University. My major in General Business has prepared me for various tasks within the business profession like marketing, sales, supply chain management, finance, accounting, and SAP. I also decided to minor in Sport Management while at CMU. This program allowed me to learn more about the economics, finance, and sport analytics of the sport industry as well. This combination of coursework I completed during my time at Central Michigan University allowed me to become skilled and efficient in the business aspect of the sport industry. I have a variety of relevant work experiences with customer interaction and handling money. While working part time with the Detroit Lions/Ford Field as an Event Day Ticket Seller, I enhanced my interpersonal skills by greeting, listening, and communicating with customers as they approached the Box Office. I also received intensive training on their ticket distribution system (Archtics) so I could print and distribute tickets effectively. While working in the Box Office, I demonstrate initiative by being one of the first employees to welcome the customer as they approach the stadium. My ability to utilize these skills in the workplace is one of my many strengths. As a Customer Experience Banker, I have learned how to utilize MAX CRM when looking up customer accounts. When speaking with a customer, I like to reiterate what they are looking for/need help with so I am able to offer the product/service that fits their needs. By handling a wide variety of transactions every day, I am able to service the customers effectively and efficiently. My experiences at Huntingtin allow me to maintain composure during stressful situations.
