In first year or coaching, helped assist the Timber Creek Cross Country team to its best season in school history. Finished as Metro, District and Regional champions to go along with a 3rd place finish at states.Was responsible for creating workouts for over 60 athletes, as well as communicating with parents, school administration, meet instructors, budgeting and planning travel trips for all runners.

OCA is a nonprofit organization that strives to enrich and better the lives for individuals with autism and down syndrome.Hired to be a special olympics coach for OCA. Within a couple of months of working for OCA, I earned the trust of the director and was selected to become PCM and B.A. certified. This was an added responsibility to coaching, which resulted in state champion and state runner-up finishes.

Achieved employee of the month during my first month with the company. Led the store in credit card sales and also assisted in helping customers with all needs, both in person and over the phone.

Responsible for planning and orchestrating after school and summer camp plans for over 30 kids. Within six months of working for the company I was hand selected by my director to take part in a year long leadership training program.

Took an entry level position while in high school to gain experience. Roughly a year into the job I was selected to take charge of all 'meal deal' sales for the store and quickly achieved status as the top seller in the region. Maintained that status until I left the company for another opportunity.
