As a Full-stack developer and Masters of Information Systems Management student, my passion is working on projects that make an impact in people's lives. I love being able to solve real-world problems with nothing but an open laptop and a bit of creativity. In my current role as a Full Stack Developer at TALL Embark Language Learning, I program primarily using Typescript in Angular. I have developed and implemented three significant new features that have improved the app's functionality and user experience. Additionally, I use my debugging skills to make several bug fixes and improvements for every app update. I collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of frontend and backend developers, product/graphic designers, artists, and QA members.My career goals are to help people and businesses solve problems using technology and to never stop learning new ways of doing so.I recently worked on a project with AppGlo Inc., meeting with Ukrainian tech companies and helping them gain American clientele in the wake of the devastation caused by the Russian invasion. Seeing how business and technology came together to provide measurable help to struggling businesses and their people was one of the most rewarding experiences I have been a part of and strengthened my desire to study Information Systems.I love film, sports, speaking and teaching German, and singing. I am also a member of the BYU chapter of the Association for Information Systems.
