Mitchell R. Cohen is a Shareholder in the Business & Corporate, Renewable Energy and Real Estate Practice Groups . He represents corporate clients in all aspects of business-related matters and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, plant and product expansion, succession planning and divestitures. He also represents clients engaged in all aspects of renewable energy, including solar development and biomass and biofuels busineses. Mr. Cohen has particular experience in corporate financing, including senior debt, mezzanine and equity funding, as well as work-out and restructuring financing. Mr. Cohen has represented international oil and refining companies, transportation companies, biotech companies, medical service providers, equity funds and national lenders. Mr. Cohen is General Counsel of MedActive Oral Pharmaceuticals, Inc. where he spearheads the company's legal matters and supervises all outside counsel. Mitch also is engaged in funding and financing aspects of the Company's business. Previous to serving as General Counsel for MedActive, Mitch was Counsel at the Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, New Jersey law firm of Flaster Greenberg, PC.
