Leading a small but mighty global team of HRBPs, I partner with both our Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and our General Counsel to create and execute Talent Strategies that enables our M&C and Legal org's to thrive!

In this role I have partnered with a number of C-level leaders and functions, including our global HR and Legal functions, as well as our Data and Consumer Engineering teams. I lead a small global team of HRBPs and together we develop Talent Strategies and drive key HR initiatives that are aligned to LinkedIn’s Mission and Vision, whilst protecting our true strategic advantage – our Culture and Values.

In this dual role I led the HR function for Australia and drove a cohesive Talent agenda across multiple lines of business. I also owned and executed ER capability, policies and processes, as well as provided ER coaching and guidance across Asia Pacific.

In this role I act as a trusted advisor to LinkedIn’s Sales Support businesses in APAC. Passionate about our people, I focus on developing talent strategies and driving key initiatives that are aligned to LinkedIn’s Mission and Vision, whilst protecting our true strategic advantage – our Culture and Values. In this role I recruited high achieving Sales and Management professionals for LinkedIn's Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions and Sales Solutions businesses across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. Our Talent Solutions business involves working with Recruitment Agency, Enterprise and Corporate clients to help them improve the quality of people they bring into their business, and the way in which they search for and manage candidates. This requires a deep knowledge of Recruitment, Social Media and IT/Software, as well as an impressive record of Sales achievements.Marketing Solutions involves working with our Marketing Agency and Corporate clients to refine and improve their Marketing campaigns, enabling the ability to execute campaigns with an unprecedented level of targeting and accuracy. To be successful in this area we look for people with a Marketing background, knowledge of Social Media and IT, and a strong and successful Sales track record.Sales Solutions turbo-charges social selling in B2B sales organizations by helping sales professionals and service providers gain insights into their prospects, expand their network within their company, and reduce their number of cold calls. In a recent CSO Insights study, 70% of sales reps with a Sales Navigator subscription said that Sales Navigator helped them meet or exceed their sales goals.

In this role I managed the end to end Recruitment for the IBM Systems and Technology Group. I liaised with STG Management, Legal, HR, Immigration and Remuneration on Recruitment planning, strategy and execution.I also designed a Social Media strategy and framework for Recruitment in Australia and New Zealand

In this role I oversaw the recruitment of consultants for IBM Global Business Services across Central and Eastern Europe. My role included the supervision, improvement and extension of Recruitment activities across CEE, both at a regional level, and by directing the in-country local recruitment teams.I also oversaw the creation of a cross-brand Graduate Program and GBS specific Gender Diversity Action Plan for recruitment

In this role I managed the end to end Recruitment for the IBM Global Technology Services Delivery organisation. I liaised with GTSD Management, Workforce Management, Legal, HR, Immigration and Remuneration on Recruitment planning, strategy and execution. In addition to the usual recruitment activities, I also created an ‘IBM Total Value Proposition’ for candidates, and ran a number of workshops including ‘Behaviourally Based Structured Interviewing’ for IBM Managers and Executives, ‘Get That Job’ for internal candidates and ‘Next Steps’ employment skills workshops for disadvantaged youth as part of a joint IBM/Smith Family initiative.
