Co-Project Manager (Operations/Engineering part) to develop Mission Critical Operations curriculum to support workforce development for near continuous uptime of production, support, utility and infrastructure technology systems.I have a personal interest in advancing the state of the art in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and how it meshes with Assistive Technology (AT) for the impaired computer user primarily and then how those concepts can be extended to the user experience (UX) technology for the general population.
