-Implemented SurfStat toolbox in MATLAB to perform analysis and visualization of neonatal cortical features- Presented abstract at OHBM 2021 (Seoul) - "Gaussian Process Regression reveals cortical development deviations from perinatal brain injuries in preterm neonates." -Used data harmonization to combine multi-source MRI data and investigating relation between white matter and cortical features of neonates through gaussian process regression (GPR), sparse canonical correlational analysis (SCCA), and k-means clustering. Using this research to expand poster presentation into journal paper submission.

- Interpreted data on fatty acid levels and hippocampal volume following a double-blind clinical study on omega-3 diet supplementation.- Collaborated with lipidomic expert and statistician to interpret and analyze lipidomic data in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of participants following omega-3 supplementation to posit possible mechanisms for the conversion of fatty acids at the blood-CSF barrier. - Queried recruitment data using SQL and conducted baseline memory tests for onboarding of new-recruit research participants.
