Sales And Service Manger
To achieve sales of Scenic and Emerald Waterways’ products by following up on leads from phone calls, emails, landing pages etc. and representing Scenic Cruises’ core products to travel agents and direct guests in USA and Canada by providing 5 star service. Tasks • Receive inbound telephone calls, web and email requests from customers in relation to enquiries and/or bookings of Scenic Cruising, Emerald Waterways & Scenic Tours’ product range; • Accurately identify customer requirements and matching this requirement to one of our luxury cruises or tours; • Offer solutions which maximize Scenic Tours/Cruises product sales matching customer needs; • Produce air/land quotations and booking advices accurately and in a timely manner; • Achieve firm bookings early in the enquiry process; • Accurately document all discussions with customers to ensure a complete booking history can be understood and used by CSC, Sales & Operation teams; • Assist & educate team members and travel agents by sharing knowledge; • Execute booking procedures in a timely and accurate manner; • Able to overcome barriers to sales; • May be required to take service calls as needed; • Understanding and compliance of all Scenic Tours policies and procedures; • To participate in team meetings and training sessions.
