Each and every one of us is perfectly imperfect – resulting in an amalgamation of something unique and beautiful. This is the philosophy I live and work by. I was drawn to the field of mental health in order to collaborate with clients and help them navigate their journey of self-discovery in a space that is safe for them to show up “imperfectly”. I am passionate about using evidence-based interventions to help people live with authenticity and purpose through a culturally sensitive approach.
