In October 2022 MixUp FM and Devote Radio joined forces to become a single radio station and formed the Devote Media Group Limited. At the Devote Media Group I manage the daily happenings at group level alongside the Group Operations Director. The Devote Media Group own and operate several radio brands and media businesses within the UK and setting out an expansion programme for 2023/24. I take an active involvement in radio operations working with an incredible team.

In May 2022, MixUp FM became it's own legal entity and I assumed the role of Managing Director. My responsibilities include:Lead the management team in all avenues at MixUp FM.Improve our brand reputation by ensuring we offer the best content through our website and social media pages.Assist with the development and continuous improvement of our website.Work with all directors and managers in ensuring MixUp continues to strive and succeed within the industry.

My main responsibilities within MixUp Group include:Oversee all Operational managers/departments and ensure KPI's set are met.Oversee all Commercial managers/departments and ensure we strive to consistently maintain our brand image worldwide. Responsibility of overall brand development and brand reputation worldwide.Oversee the day-to-day operations and running of MixUp Group Limited and our associated brands.Oversee all commercial avenues of MixUp Group Limited and our associated brands.Ensure MixUp Group Limited are paid on time by our customers/partners.Responsibility of authorising MixUp Group and (or) our associated brands to partner with other brands.Responsibility and ownership of all partnerships/sponsorships within the group and our brands.

In this role I am responsible for overseeing all System development and infrastructure within MixUp Group and MixUp FM, I lead a team of developers who assist with website development, server management and maintenance and ensuring all systems for MixUp FM are operating 24/7.

I currently work as a Warehouse Team Leader within a Distribution Centre for the No.1 catering spare parts company in the Midlands.My current responsibilities include:- Leading the Export team (in our despatches to Northern Ireland/Southern Ireland/Europe and the rest of the world) - ensuring correct paperwork is provided either through ETD or physically.- Leading the Quality Assurance team (in our continuous improvement areas) The QA side of my role also includes:- 2nd line query escalations/resolution- Customer concern investigations that directly affect the DC operation- DC process improvement and developmentI also encompass other adhoc responsibilities as required.
