Jay Hamilton, PE, offers more than three decades of experience in project management, traffic engineering and client communications. His extensive experience with the Ohio Department of Transportation provides him with knowledge of traffic engineering principles and ODOT standards, including traffic planning, traffic maintenance, design and construction. While at ODOT, Jay managed the district’s highway safety program, procuring funding for many projects. As project manager, he oversaw teams and coordinated with utilities, agencies and the public. He is experienced in environmental documentation, traffic project review, construction oversight and resurfacing projects. He was involved in developing District 8 policies and permitting regulations for the ODOT Access Management Policy.
