Enterprise Project Manager
CurrentAs a member Nextiva’s on-boarding team I help customers to set up their new phone system, incorporate new features and implement new services, by providing configuration advice, training, and problem resolution throughout the setup and installation process. I enjoy maintaining relationships with clients and providing amazing service. I am passionate about helping people while constantly learning new processes.I feel the best way for our clients to succeed, is in my exceeding their expectations throughout the installation and setup process. I work directly with customers before, during and after their installation, promptly assisting them with the initial setup and configuration of their new Nextiva services. I assist with equipment implementation, porting of phone numbers from their previous provider, and make sure that clients are getting the most out of their Nextiva products and services.My responsibilities as a Nextiva Enterprise Project Manager: Interview the client to discover the details of their network, users, devices, features and call flow Follow Nextiva's on-boarding process; meeting deadlines, SLAs and ensuring the client’s expectations are met during the entirety of the on-boarding process Answer inbound calls and perform troubleshooting steps to resolve client issues Help clients fully implement their telephone system, services, activate equipment and software Assist clients in porting their numbers from a previous provider to Nextiva Meet or exceed productivity metrics while enhancing the client experience Resolve immediate escalations to ensure client satisfaction Manage the client's Nextiva phone system implementation from introduction to project completion and hand off to the client's account manager During this project management period we are Nextiva's ambassadors to the client, helping them to understand the value, flexibility and power of Nextiva's VOIP platform
