As the Chief Financial Officer of Stoddart Group, I was responsible for completing the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite ERP, installing an enterprise risk management framework, and leading a team of 40 finance, accounts, credit, compliance and supply chain professionals through significant change in the group's strategy and integration.
