Proactively evaluated customer’s business needs, identified opportunities for growth and built strategic relationships with customers. Worked as a liaison between AT&T Wireless internal groups and customers. Conducted quarterly reviews of customer’s wireless program, including cost per minute, average cost per user, and provided customer with cost effective solutions to manage their wireless program
