As a Global Data Quality Program Manager (Salesforce Focus), I work with Salesforce business analysts, Global Operations teams, and/or business stakeholders directly to understand business requirements, ensure the data impacts are communicated, addressed, and reported on. I also supported administrative activities as requested. My focus is data quality is defined as Completeness, Timeliness, Consistency, Conformity, Accuracy, and Integrity of Salesforce data.As a part of this team my duties, :• Liaise with business analysts, Global Operations teams and/or business stakeholders to understand business needs and determine the data impacts of those needs• Collaborate with other global operations teams as a SME to ensure data quality is considered and addressed• Work with fellow stakeholders to identify and institute data automation capabilities, data monitoring capabilities and security measures that protect data quality elements• Develop/maintain actionable and insightful reporting capabilities within Salesforce and contribute to broader reporting needs outside of Salesforce. My primary objectives are:• Fully understand the business processes and needs in selling and marketing business areas; including supporting functions to provide business insights via reports and dashboards• Engage in projects as Salesforce data quality and reporting SME• Address day to day production reporting requests per service catalog and ensure deliverable highlight data quality insights• Collaborate with global operations teams as Salesforce SME to arrive at data solutions that honor data quality requirements across the application platform.• Design and implement automation capabilities that ensure data quality and ease of visibility to stakeholders• Provide a customer experience that ensures success and demonstrates the core values of our company.
