A highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager with the ability to work at all levels of the business to achieve company goals and objectives. Having worked in public and private sector organisations based either in the UK or internationally allows public sector rigour to be combined with private sector agility to map the IT/IS function to business goals to ensure the delivery of robust and flexible solutions. Have established the Project Management Offices in two organisations to implement stringent governance of all large business projects.Extensive experience in leading and managing IT Infrastructure, development and service delivery functions, including the production of both internal and external service level agreements, fully tested Disaster Recovery Plans, helpdesk set-up and management, support procedures based on ITIL guidelines, the introduction of new development methodologies including Agile, iterative and waterfall, experience of managing projects through the full SDLC.
