Inbound Call Centers Coordinator
Current- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities of the call center team members ensuring organizational goals are being met.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the call centers’ flawless operation.
- SLA assurance accountability for related services and escalation to management when needed.
- Manage the IVR System.
- Monitor training & alignment of vendor staff.
- Act as second level support to vendors for any inquiries.
