I want training companies in Poland to be verifiable and trustworthy, and the trainers working in them to be subject to regular supervision. As a business psychologist, I strive to make training and development projects a business-efficient investment, the results of which can be reliably measured.It is significant for me to be able, not just to know. I once heard that anything unfamiliar to me would limit me. It is from those moments that a passion for self-improvement has constantly pulsed in my heart.
