I've counseled clients on corporate and nonprofit governance projects and regulatory investigations; and delivered presentations and seminars on topics including health care reform, tax and regulatory matters affecting nonprofit organizations, hospital-physician ventures, board duties and responsibilities, corporate compliance programs, and charitable giving.My practice areas include corporate and business law, health care law, nonprofit organizations, and tax exempt entities.
