Primary responsibilities include market intelligence for the East region market, the development of market specific sales strategies designed to maximize profitable growth within ECP and ensure execution to sales growth plans by city and regional sales teams. Collectively and co-own execution of the ECP market plan for the East. Support the selling team.

Responsible for day-to-day supervision of Field Sales Team. Manage customer service levels and customer satisfaction. Acted as liaison between Sales team, managment, inside sales, technical resources and suppliers.Responsibilities include: · Manage sales team through staffing, training, coaching and developing employees with regard to policies, procedures.

Responsible for 6 direct reports, total of 36 local and remote employees in sales office driving $80million in sales. P&L responsibility as well as responsible for growing sales 10% annually. Expectation to drive minimum of 25% market-share. Indirectly responsible for managing Field Application Engineers (local technical resources), material planners.

Managed existing value added Programs and assisted in the discovery, selling, and implementation of potential programs. Responsibilities for existing programs included managing remote sales, warehouse, operations, and planning personnel, customer reviews, inventory management, supplier management and the coordination of response to annual bid packages..
