CurrentI design programs to make journalism more equitable, innovative, resilient and sustainable. I serve in a leadership capacity for our small-but-mighty program team and contribute to many of the programs through which ONA's mission comes to life. Recent projects include:• Leading ONA's emerging tech and artificial intelligence strategy, hosting a series of practical trainings and community conversations around newsrooms' adoption and experimentation with AI. More than 1,600 people have engaged with the program to date. More about the initiative at journalists.org/ai• Launching the inaugural Executive Women Leaders Salon in 2023, a program for 30 women executives in digital news to make connections, share common challenges and learn from one another• Designing program and experience for ONA Insights in 2021, our first event with an in-person attendance option since March 2020, not only developing inspiring and participatory sessions that helped news leaders plan for 2022, but also collaborating with ONA's operations and partnerships staff to ensure a safe experience for all in-person attendees an an enriching experience for remote attendees• Hosting a series of virtual networking and idea-sharing events for digital journalists to discuss XR, revenue and sustainability, small newsroom community engagement strategies and more• Orchestrating application, recruitment and selection processes for ONA's 2022 Women's Leadership Accelerator
