Functional Consultant
Current• Respond to users via phone and e-mail communications to resolve functional software issues for a user base of 600 employees• Perform user-account maintenance tasks (i.e. password resets, account updates, etc.)• Receive, diagnose, and report software issues to Unison’s Internal Support Team• Maintain and provide input into project status reports in a timely manner• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression testing efforts• Diagnose various system issues occurring between a contract writing tool, an Oracle-based financial system, and a Federal Reporting Tool (FPDS) in accordance with Service Level Agreement key performance indicators• Generate SQL queries as part of general software troubleshooting
