Mo is an experienced Municipal Planner with a demonstrated history of working on projects involving short- and long-term land use planning, drafting zoning and municipal code and amendments, and various economic development projects. Mo has extensive practical training and knowledge of ESRI's ArcGIS products, Microsoft Office Suite products, and various municipal ERP software, such as Springbrook and MSI.Mo received his B.A. in Urban & Public Affairs, with a concentration in Planning, and his B.A. in History, with a concentration in 20th Century United States History, from the University of Illinois - Chicago. He is currently enrolled at Pennsylvania State University where he is studying to obtain his Masters in Community & Economic Development and a Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2022.
